Answers...
1) Is it safe to order online with a credit card?
Many people are worried about online ordering, giving out their credit card number online and scams... I don’t blame you.
As an online seller, these issues are a great concern of mine as well.
Clickbank sells my products. They are a trusted online retailer specializing in digitally delivered products.
When you order, your information will be taken on a secure server (SSL)... meaning it is 100% safe.
When you order, the information is encrypted so that no-one can see it... and the information is not stored on the internet either (it is a one time deal).
One clarification... you will be asked for your “validation code”, a 3 or 4 digit number found on the back of your card after your credit card number. (This is NOT your PIN number... which should never be given out!)
By the way, ordering through Clickbank also GUARANTEES my 100% 8 week guarantee to you... since they handle refunds, not me.
So yes, you can order online with your credit card with the knowledge that every measure has been taken that your information is safe!
2) What is an e-book? Is Athletic Body Workout available in hard copy?
An e-book is an Electronic Book.
The contents of the book are in a digital format called PDF... which requires Adobe Reader to read. (Most computers already have this installed, if not, get your free download HERE.
Being a digital book has the advantages that it can be downloaded, opened and viewed by anyone, anywhere almost IMMEDIATELY!
And there are absolutely NO shipping costs.
At this time, Athletic Body Workout is only available as and e-book... no hard copy is available.
3) What can I expect to happen by starting Athletic Body Workout? How quickly?
What happens when you start the Athletic Body Workout is determined by who you are, your starting fitness level and how diligently you APPLY the program.
Athletic Body Workout is structured to work equally well for everyone... independent of previous training.
You will take an active role in creating the workout programs right for you... based on your goals, needs, abilities and limitations.
Correctly applied, your muscles will strengthen, your heart and lung power will greatly improve and you will lose fat (provided, of course, you combine your training with proper eating habits).
How quickly this happens depends on the individual... but you will start to feel the results of your efforts in as little as two weeks.
But that will be just the beginning... consistent application of Athletic Body Workout training will take your fitness, health and physique to new heights.
4) How long do the workouts take to perform?
With Athletic Body Workout, long, 2 hour workout sessions are a thing of the past.
Obviously, there is not a set time to perform the workouts... the duration is determined by which workout you are performing and your adherence to the rest periods.
There are many types of workouts in the Athletic Body Workout, so the duration varies greatly from one workout program to another. This is done by design.
If you are performing the warm up, resistance training, energy system training and after session stretching, the workouts can range from 30-60 minutes, or even a little longer. However, other workouts like the Active Recovery Workouts are very short, from 15-30 minutes.
5) Can women use Athletic Body Workout?
Absolutely!
Let me clarify. I created the Athletic Body Workout with men in mind. Specifically, I’ve taken the common fitness, fat loss and muscle building goals into account when choosing the exercises and structure of the workout.I wanted to design a program to help men seeking the strong, lean, athletic body finally realize their goals, instead of following another bodybuilding + long-slow cardio routine.
However…
I don’t differentiate training for men a women like other fitness professionals do. Men and women can train in the same way and get great results. And I definitely believe women do not need some watered down, girly routine to see results.
Having said that, I have created a training program designed with the common fitness, fat loss and body shaping goals of women in mind.

6) How long can I continue to use Athletic Body Workout?
The Athletic Body Workout is not a workout, it is a training program. Therefore, it does not lose it’s effectiveness like a workout does.
Let me explain…
A workout, any workout, works beautifully in the beginning. But as your body makes the necessary changes to be able to perform the workout easier in the future, it loses its effectiveness. You want to keep challenging your body and instigating positive change, and once the changes have been had, you need to change the workout.
The Athletic Body Workout takes this into consideration by providing 3 different workouts with different goals. There is The General Fitness Workout, The Fat Loss Workout and The Strength & Size Workout. Rotating between each of the workouts keeps your workouts changing, but still moving toward the athletic body.
Therefore, the Athletic Body Workout can be used over and over again. Just keep changing the workout you perform every 4 weeks, and striving to improve over past performances, and you will be on a steady path to the athletic body you seek.
7) What type of equipment do I need to perform the Athletic Body Workout?
The Athletic Body Workout is a combination of bodyweight exercises, dumbbell exercises and barbell exercises. So, obviously you need access to dumbbell and barbells.
I’ve designed the workouts to be low maintenance. There is not a lot of weight changing and calculations to be performed throughout the workout. Plus, using a variety of training methods makes for a more well-balance training program.
If you don’t have access to a barbell, you could substitute dumbbell exercises instead. However, best results come from performing the workout as described.
8) Can I combine Athletic Body Workout with other training methods?
Absolutely!
During Athletic Body Workout you rotate between The General Fitness Workout, The Fat Loss Workout and The Strength & Size Workout. This gives you plenty of variety and consistent progress.
However, you can also rotate other workouts into the mix.
Obvious, I recommend inserting any of the workouts in Workout Without Weights and/or Superior Dumbbell Workout. These training programs are full of excellent, effective workouts that can be inserted into the Athletic Body Workout format according to your goals, needs, limits and abilities.
When you order Athletic Body Workout, I give you the option to get the Ultimate Workout Combo Pack For Men, which includes the Athletic Body Workout, Workout Without Weights and Superior Dumbbell Workout. PLUS, to make sure you get the most out of your workouts, I’ve included a guide called How To Combine Athletic Body Workout With Workout Without Weights & Superior Dumbbell Workout. Pretty self explanatory.
